Name: 3rd ICT Training Course for Visually Impaired People

Summary: This course is part of a project aimed to improve the empowerment of the visually impaired people in Vietnam, which is being conducted with the cooperation of Vietnamese Blind Association through JICA's Small and Medium Enterprises Overseas Deployment Support Scheme.
An ICT classroom equipped with the latest equipment to support visually impaired people has been installed at TRC, and training courses will be carried out in the classroom throughout the project. The third trial course will be held for approximately 2 months, starting from mid of September.
