Summary: The Project for Human Resource Development Scholarship by Japanese Grant Aid (JDS) in Viet Nam is to provide full scholarship to the highly capable young government officials who are expected to engage in implementing social and economic development plans as a future leader to study Master Courses in Japan for two years. As the selection period of JDS 2017 has been completed, 60 fellows who awarded JDS scholarship will depart for Japan in August 2018. Send-off Ceremony is an occasion to celebrate fellows’ new journey with best wishes, encouragement and expectation conveyed from distinguished guests from Embassy of Japan, JICA, Ministries, and JDS Alumni.
